Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation.
- Experience managing cases in state and federal courts.
- Experience supervising/mentoring staff.
- Experience managing discovery.
- Experience taking/defending depositions.
- Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision.
- Experience preparing for trial.
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of California.

- Additional states not required, but a major bonus.
