About The Position

We are seeking a proven Attorney Manager with prior formal managerial experience to oversee a team of trial attorneys and legal staff at the largest Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Texas. The role leads and supervises a team of 4–6 attorneys through every stage of case development. The ideal candidate is a high-performing trial attorney with deep personal injury litigation experience, exceptional leadership ability, and a commitment to outstanding client-centered results.

The position is based in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, or Houston. Base salary is $200,000, with a team performance-based bonus of up to $100,000.

Requirements

• Prior formal managerial experience.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.

• Minimum of 5 personal injury jury trials, Plaintiff or Defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, drafting and sending demand letters, settlement negotiations, filing lawsuits and managing litigation, written discovery, medical-record review and analysis, motion practice and court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation through conclusion and/or settlement.
• Supervise all cases assigned to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
