About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Attorney Manager to oversee a team of trial attorneys and legal staff at a plaintiff personal injury law firm. The role leads and supervises 4–6 attorneys through every stage of case development. The ideal candidate is a high-performing trial attorney with deep personal injury litigation experience, strong leadership ability, and a commitment to client-centered results. The position is listed in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, and Houston, Texas, with a base salary of $200,000 and a team performance-based bonus of up to $100,000.

Requirements

• Proven formal managerial experience.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• Minimum of 5 personal injury jury trials is preferred (plaintiff or defense).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution, in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, demand letters, settlement negotiations, lawsuits and litigation, written discovery, medical-record review and analysis, motion practice and hearings, depositions, and trial preparation and proceedings through conclusion and/or settlement.
• Supervise all cases assigned to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
