About The Position

We are seeking a proven Attorney Manager with prior formal managerial experience to oversee a team of trial attorneys and legal staff at a plaintiff personal injury law firm in Texas. The role directs and supervises a team of 4–6 attorneys through every stage of case development. The ideal candidate is a high-performing trial attorney with deep personal injury litigation experience, exceptional leadership ability, and a commitment to client-centered results.

Requirements

Proven prior formal managerial experience.
Experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Texas Bar license required.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 5 personal injury jury trials is preferred, plaintiff or defense.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
Oversee client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, demand letters, settlement negotiations, lawsuits and litigation, written discovery, medical-record review and analysis, motion practice and court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation and proceedings through conclusion and/or settlement.
Supervise all cases assigned to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
