About The Position
Rhoades McKee is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join our nationally recognized and expanding litigation practice group. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility in managing complex civil litigation matters and contributing to a collaborative, full-service firm. We're looking for a litigation attorney who can confidently handle cases from initial client contact through resolution - including strategy, discovery, trial, mediation, and arbitration - in both State and Federal courts across Michigan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal acumen, initiative, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in Michigan
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and contribute to team-based litigation strategy
Nice To Haves
- A partial or full book of business is not required but will be viewed favorably
Responsibilities
- Manage complex civil litigation matters
- Handle cases from initial client contact through resolution, including strategy, discovery, trial, mediation, and arbitration

- Collaborate with corporate, real estate, and probate teams on multifaceted disputes
