About The Position
The Attendant - Store Donations receives and tracks donations, weighs collected items, and shares information about the organization’s charity partners and mission with donors and customers. The role helps keep the donations area neat and presentable and works with the donations team to care for donated items and prepare them for customers. Work includes loading and unloading trailers and donation boxes safely and efficiently, including in changing weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wet weather. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Provide outstanding customer service to donors.
- Be organized and able to keep the donations area neat and presentable.
