Requirements

• Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Management Team, the incumbent ensures top quality guest service for those enjoying the beach areas.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greets guests, verifying hotel guest status, card status or other requirements and provides an orientation of the recreation area.
• Works together with Food & Beverage team according to department policies and procedures to ensure first-class service is provided.
• Sets chaise lounge chairs, provides towels and moves umbrellas as requested.
• Maintains inventory of all supplies and retail items if applicable.
• Performs cleaning duties to ensure areas are kept sanitary and safe.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
