About The Position

As a Dining Area Attendant, you help create an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming environment while providing friendly, attentive service. By anticipating guest needs and delivering thoughtful interactions, you’ll help create memorable moments that last well beyond their visit.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a high-volume Restaurant
  • 18 + years of age required

Nice To Haves

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting

Responsibilities

  • Sanitize all workstations at the start of each shift, end of each shift, and during shift changes.
  • Wash hands before changing gloves and as required by Health Department standards.
  • Follow all SNHD food safety requirements.
  • Immediately clean or report any spills to prevent safety hazards.
  • Maintain all service areas clean and organized throughout the shift
  • Write the daily menu on the whiteboard.
  • Ensure all stations are fully stocked before service begins.
  • Restock items throughout service as needed.
  • Fill and clean the bread station.
  • Restock the fruit station throughout the day.
