About The Position

The Attendant Customer Service Slots provides guest service on the slot floor. The role assists guests, verifies and pays jackpot winnings, completes required paperwork, and performs minor slot-machine maintenance. The attendant also helps protect company property and funds while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver a weight of fifty pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions and provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings and complete the required written documentation.
• Complete department forms accurately and legibly to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, and other activities.
• Perform minor machine maintenance, including locking and unlocking machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines.
• Operate a hand-held two-way radio and communicate clearly over it.
• Conduct slot-floor activities to protect company property and funds.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop and maintain a courteous rapport with customers and employees.
