About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the slot floor. The role includes assisting guests with questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing required paperwork. The attendant performs minor machine maintenance, including locking and unlocking machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines. The role also involves documenting cash transactions and jackpot payouts accurately, maintaining friendly and courteous relationships with customers and employees, and communicating clearly using a hand-held radio. Slot floor activities must protect company property and funds while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas. Secure key controls must be maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver a weight of fifty pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete department forms documenting cash transactions and jackpot payouts accurately and legibly.
• Develop and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Operate a hand-held radio and communicate clearly over it.
• Conduct slot floor activities to protect company property and funds and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
