About The Position

This position plays a critical role in supporting Access Leadership through accurate reporting, policy aligned attendance management, and proactive workforce coordination. The specialist prepares and processes attendance related disciplinary documentation, resolves discrepancies, and maintains data integrity within workforce systems. In addition to reporting and compliance functions, the role serves as a key communication link between Access Leadership, Payroll, and Operations, helping to manage unplanned absences, staffing adjustments, and shift coverage needs. The specialist also identifies opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, optimize shift structures, and enhance workforce alignment. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to support organizational workforce goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School plus 4 years' experience
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Word
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of experience in workforce management (WFM), including scheduling, staffing analysis, and system configuration.
  • System knowledge of Powerbi
  • System knowledge of UKG

Responsibilities

  • Develop, generate, and analyze workforce and attendance reports using systems such as Power BI, Mitel, UKG, and Workday to provide leadership with actionable insights, monitor compliance, and track workforce metrics.
  • Support Access Leadership by preparing attendance-related disciplinary documentation, maintaining accurate attendance records, investigating discrepancies, and providing policy guidance for employee counseling.
  • Coordinate workforce administration by communicating attendance and compliance issues, collaborating with payroll and leadership teams, managing unplanned absences and staffing coverage, and identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workforce distribution.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
