About The Position

Rehab Medical is seeking an ATP Support professional to provide clinical support that improves operational efficiency and patient outcomes. The role supports sales teams in managing high patient volumes while maintaining the quality and timeliness of care. By following the company’s internal formulary and Product Selection Guide, ATP Support helps ensure consistent clinical practices and cost-effective product selection. The position involves evaluating patients’ mobility needs and functional requirements, recommending appropriate complex equipment, educating patients and caregivers, and supporting delivery and service of complex rehabilitation units. Evaluations, quotes, and required documentation must be completed accurately and within established timelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct timely and thorough patient mobility evaluations and recommend mobility solutions.
Complete mobility evaluations, quotes, and required documentation—including DSWO when necessary—accurately and within established timelines.
Assess patients’ functional needs, lifestyle requirements, and clinical considerations to recommend cost-effective, clinically appropriate equipment in alignment with the Product Selection Guide.
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams during equipment selection.
Demonstrate and explain product features using demonstrations, brochures, or digital resources when requested.
Educate end users and caregivers on equipment use, maintenance, and safety to promote independence and reduce complications.
Deliver equipment when needed or assist with deliveries for highly complex patients.
Respond promptly to service requests when necessary to support continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
