Responsibilities

Conduct timely and thorough evaluations in order to give recommendations of mobility needs.
Accurately complete mobility evaluations, including all quotes, evaluations, and required documentation (including DSWO when necessary) within established timelines.
Conduct detailed evaluations to determine each patient’s functional needs, lifestyle requirements, and clinical considerations, while recommending cost-effective, clinically appropriate equipment in alignment with the Product Selection Guide.
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams in the selection process to ensure optimal product selection.
Present and explain product features using demos, brochures, or digital resources upon request.
Provide clear instructions and education to the end user and caregivers on equipment use, maintenance, and safety that will promote independence and reduce complications.
Deliver equipment when needed or to assist in deliveries for highly complex patients.
Address service requests promptly to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction when necessary.
