ATM Product Group Manager
About The Position
This position is available to be located at any Huntington Bank Corporate office location. The ATM Product Group Manager is responsible for the short-term execution and long-term implementation of self-service/ATM solutions thru the management of our vendor relationships. This individual will need to leverage industry best practices, data & analytics, financial/ROI analysis as well as internal and external resources to deliver projects, vendors, and strategic partners to deliver on initiatives aligned with Retail & Business Banking Strategic Vision. Primary function includes ATM Channel Vendor mgmt., managing and coordinating efforts to ensure best in class self-service performance for Huntington customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
- 7+ years ATM Channel Operation experience
Nice To Haves
- Performed a similar execution/mgmt. role within a financial institution or with in the ATM industry
- Strong track record of successful process improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment with a positive attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas & concepts to business and technical stakeholders both internal and external
- Data driven with ability to derive insights from analytics and provide robust analysis to support recommendation
- Demonstrable experience effectively leading cross functional teams without direct reporting relationship
- Six Sigma and Six Sigma Lean certified
- Masters degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all ATM Channel vendor mgmt., SLA, and P&L
- Responsible for setting and driving all vendor KPI monthly to improve ATM Availability
- Responsible for assisting with all ATM Distribution Initiatives, include Adds, moves, changes
- Responsible of for coordinating and developing ATM Hardware and Servicing strategies
- Responsible for vendors SLA and enforcement thru contractual analysis and assistance with Internal partners
- Coordinate and collaborate with ATM Product manager to ensure alignment from concept thru vendor execution of initiatives
- Communicate progress of all ATM vendor relationships and performance in executive forum monthly
