We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product team responsible for the strategy and execution of our real estate leads platform—one of the most critical systems connecting high-intent homebuyers and sellers with the right real estate professionals. Sitting at the center of the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S., you will own how demand is captured, matched, and delivered, improving outcomes for both consumers and agents. You’ll unify multiple leads products into a single, scalable system that supports all lead sources—from owned sources like Compass.com to strategic partners like Redfin and Rocket Mortgage—serving more than 300,000 real estate professionals. Operating at both a strategic and technical level, you will define our lead platform strategy, deliver roadmaps, drive execution, and shape how agents experience and derive value from our platform—delivering measurable business results while maintaining a seamless and transparent experience for consumers and agents. This role strongly prefers PM experience on large-scale real estate products.
