About The Position

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements to support business growth, quality, and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of related experience.
