About The Position

This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing technology solutions of moderate complexity. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems align with organizational goals. The analyst works with limited supervision, manages small to medium projects, and provides guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements

  • Typically has Bach. +2-3 yrs; Masters +0 yrs
  • Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise.
  • Presents own work to members of department
  • Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, database management, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling.
  • Experience with requirements management tools and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements.
  • Develop functional specifications and workflows for software development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance for new and modified applications.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support for implemented systems.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including process maps and user guides.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and escalate complex problems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and system effectiveness.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with peers to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies.
