Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales (Student) (FWS)
About The Position
This position is available only to enrolled American University students who have an active Federal Work Study (FWS) award. The Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales student worker will assist the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations. This includes participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at ticketed sports events such as men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. Additional tasks may include administrative/office work, PA announcing, and gameday support.
Requirements
- Student must have an active Federal Work Study (FWS) award.
- Must be an enrolled American University student.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.
- Participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.
- Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team, including but not limited to: administrative/office work, PA announcing, and gameday support.
