This position supports the Sports Orthopedic clinical and educational programs by implementing injury prevention strategies, providing emergency care and first aid, evaluating athletic injuries, and implementing therapeutic reconditioning programs in schools. The role includes providing school sports coverage for various levels (middle school, high school, college/university, club sports), developing and evaluating educational programs, and assisting with community outreach initiatives. The Athletic Trainer will also support program development and compliance efforts under the guidance of the Senior Program Coordinator Athletic Trainer and Department Director.
