About The Position

Unify Health Services is a dynamic, women-owned small business composed of passionate healthcare professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through innovative programs. We're actively seeking industrial specialists, (ATC, PTA, PT, OTA) to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a Part Time position with availability to provide on-site coverage. The role involves conducting pre-employment screenings, providing body mechanics training and job coaching, performing early intervention and ergonomic assessments, implementing wellness and work simulation programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The goal is to promote health initiatives, engage with staff, collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management, and track/report program metrics.

Requirements

• BOC, MAT, LAT certifications
• Availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2pm - 6pm
• Passion for preventative care and rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed
