About The Position
Supervises staff, daily operations, and activities of the athletic fields maintenance shop. Plans, schedules, supervises and coordinates athletic field maintenance projects and activities. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 5 years of progressive leadership/management/supervision experience.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of athletic fields maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Thorough knowledge of sports turf maintenance.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree
- 7 years of experience within a college/university environment.
- Knowledge of the UPC and/or HSC Campuses.
