About The Position

This is a Part-Time Position. The Athletic Field Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the Town of Vienna athletic fields. The supervisor is responsible for recording field and light usage and monitoring fields and surrounding areas for any unsafe activity and reporting any issues to the Program Coordinator and/or police department if necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work in high pressure situations.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of sports and athletic field usage preferred
• CPR/AED Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Record field and light usage
• Communicate with the public, program participants and other employees in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Monitor Fields and surrounding areas and report unsafe conditions
• Be fair and consistent in applying all Town rules and regulations.
• Handle hostile situations with responsibility and self-control.
