About The Position

We are looking for a talented ATF Electrician - Level III (1st Shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring equipment reliability through effective troubleshooting, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems that support safe and efficient operations. You will create a safer workplace through strict adherence to HSE requirements, prompt hazard identification, and immediate reporting of safety concerns. You will deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance that meet specifications, standards, and operational requirements while reducing quality risks. You will improve equipment performance through accurate failure analysis, preventive maintenance feedback, and timely resolution of electrical issues. You will support production goals through collaboration with operators, peers, and support teams to minimize downtime and eliminate manufacturing constraints. You will strengthen team capability through coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge with less experienced employees. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, process efficiency, material flow, and overall equipment effectiveness. You will foster a culture of accountability and teamwork through clear communication, ongoing professional development, and active participation in TPM initiatives.
