Requirements
- Valid driver's license category B for at least 1 year.
- Completed High School.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Customer negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Attend to clients by providing information related to car rentals, negotiating rates and add-ons when necessary.
- Verify client profiles for rental approvals.
- Open rental contracts that meet client needs and expectations, while ensuring business profitability.
