ATE Process Engineer

Micron Technology•Boise, ID
•Onsite

About The Position

As an ATE Process Engineer at Micron, you will start up, develop, transfer, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve product quality, yield, cost, productivity, and risk management, while resolving manufacturing line problems. You will contribute to the production of high-quality semiconductor components and work with cross-functional teams to address process issues and improve efficiency and yield. The role calls for hands-on engineering, collaboration, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. The position is part of Micron's Boise, Idaho expansion, supported by a $15 billion investment in semiconductor manufacturing. Construction began in early 2023, with DRAM production planned for the second half of the decade.
