Micron Technology•Manassas, VA
•$104,265 - $139,000

About The Position

Micron Technology is seeking an ATE Process Engineer to support DRAM technology transfer projects for assigned areas. The role manages project tracking, deliverables, and schedules while ensuring compliance with Micron safety policies. It works closely with sending Fab teams and MCT, and partners with PE, PIE, ME, and Fab Area Leadership to close gaps for technology qualification and volume manufacturing ramp. The engineer drives alignment projects to improve transfer, startup, yield, quality, and ramp performance; develops area-specific project and communication plans; and leads new-node Value Engineering projects and Tool Evaluations. The role ensures GCP matching with the sending site, coordinates tool release plans and process mismatches, and oversees CEERB items and requirements. It also applies tool matching strategies for reuse tools, manages area-specific transfer expectations, captures lessons learned and mitigation plans, coordinates incoming process and hardware changes, and works with Procurement and IQC on FOAK materials readiness.
