About The Position

We are looking for experienced, Full-time, ATC Training Instructional Supervisor candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Atlanta ARTCC (ZTL) in Hampton, GA, supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The CTS Instructional Supervisor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom and simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and certified professional controllers (CPC). The Training Instructional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of Contractor personnel providing support within a particular instructional area under this contract. Collateral duties may include development/modification of various types of training scenarios, as well as updating and development of training course curriculum.
