Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
An active CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license.
2 years of relevant audit experience required.
The ability to travel to client sites may also require infrequent overnight travel.

Nice To Haves

Nonprofit experience is strongly preferred.
Single Audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters.
Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
