The Assurance Knowledge Management Leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining knowledge management strategies that enable Assurance professionals to efficiently access, share, and apply institutional knowledge. This role partners closely with Assurance leadership, national office teams, content creators and practitioners to ensure critical guidance, tools, and insights are well‑governed, current, and embedded into day‑to‑day workflows. This individual operates at both a strategic and executional level, balancing governance and standards with practical adoption and usability.
