About The Position

The Assistant Manager of In-House Marketing (IPC) will support the daily operations of the In-House Marketing department to achieve tour flow and business objectives. This role involves recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a team of sales-oriented marketing professionals. The Assistant Manager will conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, engagement, recognition, and development, and will create and implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize marketing opportunities throughout the year. Key responsibilities include monitoring and driving departmental performance metrics, delivering exceptional service, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and partnering with resort operations and sales leadership to support site goals and create a seamless guest experience. The role also requires analyzing business trends and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous Timeshare Marketing experience.
  • Minimum one year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in a timeshare marketing environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve business performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities
