About The Position
Churchill Residential, Churchill at Champions Circle, a 132-unit Multi-family Living Community, is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician. This role assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician, providing outstanding customer service in all aspects of operations, including resident and staff relations. The position involves assisting in maintaining building exteriors and common areas, such as picking up trash and ensuring the cleanliness of hallways. A key responsibility is completing unit make-readies in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
- EPA required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing preferred.
- CPO certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.
