About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving company goals. The role involves identifying customer needs, sharing product and fashion knowledge, building customer relationships, supporting store operations, and helping maintain a safe work environment. The position is at the River City Marketplace store in Jacksonville, Florida, and is regular part-time.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasional ladder use to replace overhead lightbulbs or signs.
