About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, provides a seamless omnichannel experience, and helps customers feel welcomed and confident. This is a regular, part-time position at the Valley View Mall store in Roanoke, Virginia, with an hourly pay range of $12.77 to $13.32.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
