About The Position

The Associate partners with store management and contributes to achieving personal and productivity goals while completing the store training program. The role may require transfer to other stores during training. The Associate helps drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers and coworkers, meeting sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations, and sharing product and trend knowledge. The position also contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
Motivation to achieve results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
Resourcefulness and versatility in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
Ability to initiate and complete tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by learning about products and working with coworkers to deliver excellent sales service.
Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
Learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current or upcoming products and trends.
