About The Position
CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience for their Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have advanced transactional experience, including managing/leading M&A, joint venture (including real estate JVs), and equity and debt financing transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents such as merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements. Excellent client skills and admission to the NJ or NY bar are required. This position is hybrid and based in the firm's Roseland, New Jersey office.
