About The Position

The Associate assists FCA staff with duties assigned by the supervisor to support successful camp ministry or campus ministry programs and/or provide administrative support. This is a temporary, part-time hourly position, ineligible for FCA benefits and 401(k) contributions. Associates may serve as FCA staff for up to one year.

The role also includes ministerial responsibilities that are critical to FCA’s mission. The Associate is expected to carry out these responsibilities with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.

Responsibilities

• Assist FCA staff with duties assigned by the supervisor to support camp ministry or campus ministry programs and/or provide administrative support.
• Agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Follow a spiritual rhythm, including daily prayer and Bible study, to seek the Lord's will for FCA.
• Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.
• Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct oneself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs and Christian Community Statement.
