Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of customer service or sales experience
- Stable work history and a professional demeanor
- Strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their financial situations and identify appropriate payment solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Help customers work toward resolving their account balances
- Protect confidential customer information
- Follow all applicable federal and state regulations and company procedures
- Work toward performance goals related to call quality, customer resolutions, and collection results
