The Associate Vice President, Content & Creative will lead a high-performing creative organization responsible for social media content, design, videography, photography, copywriting, and influencer marketing across the University of Miami’s academic enterprise, health system, and athletics program. This role will drive the development of engaging, high-volume content tailored for diverse audiences and channels, while ensuring quality, brand consistency, and measurable impact. The AVP will also oversee strategic partnerships and sponsorship initiatives that advance institutional priorities, expand brand visibility, and drive audience engagement—serving as the senior lead for select partnerships across the enterprise portfolio. The AVP will be a forward-thinking, innovative leader adept at managing a high-volume team while leveraging emerging technologies—including AI-enabled tools for content creation, personalization, and workflow automation—to scale creative output, drive operational efficiency, and innovate in storytelling.
