About The Position

Mercer Advisors is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Community to support market-level growth through prospecting, community engagement, event support, and collaboration with the Lead Community RVP. This role is designed as a development pathway to a full Community RVP position, with a clear trajectory towards carrying an individual target. The company emphasizes a collaborative environment with no internal competition for leads, dollars, or clients, and provides mentorship from the Lead RVP. The AVP will have a defined growth path, expanding scope and autonomy over time, with clear formulas for splits and attribution. The role requires future readiness, with the AVP expected to carry an individual target within a year, supported by a defined plan and milestones. Mercer Advisors is a national fiduciary RIA firm with a strong commitment to diversity, with 50% of its employee base and client-facing team being women. They offer flexible working arrangements and have been recognized as the #1 RIA Firm in the nation by Barron's.
