The Community Associate Vice President (AVP) supports market-level Community growth by executing prospecting and community engagement activities, supporting events and follow-up, and partnering closely with the Lead Community RVP to expand advisor activities, partner firm support, and centers-of-influence (COI) development. This role is designed as a development pathway to a full Community RVP role and includes a clear trajectory toward carrying an individual target. The role is structured to provide mentorship from the Lead RVP and offers a clear growth path to RVP, with responsibilities expanding over time. There is proactive clarity on splits and attribution, and the AVP is expected to carry an individual target within a year with a defined plan and milestones. The partnership model aims to expand market coverage while keeping lead routing, attribution, and advisor support coordinated and conflict-free.
