We are seeking a Dallas, TX–based Client Partner to shape and accelerate our partnership with a global leader in the Automotive industry, unlocking new growth, new value, and new AI‑led possibilities. This role leads executive relationships, growth, solutioning, service-line collaboration, alliance engagement, and global delivery oversight. Requirements

  • Must reside in Dallas, TX as this is an onsite role with our client
  • Track record of leading complex, high-value accounts ($8-10M+) with multi-stakeholder engagements
  • 10–15+ years in Automotive industry
  • Required experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Experience leading digital, data, and AI transformation programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with service lines and engage alliance leadership.
  • Strong procurement negotiation capability.
  • Ability to guide global delivery teams through influence.
  • Sales mindset and proven growth success.
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
  • Master’s degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leader for the account, driving growth and expanding into new lines of business.
  • Full P & L ownership.
  • Lead the full lifecycle: originate → shape → solution → close → delivery assurance.
  • Partner with offering leaders to shape innovative, AI-led, multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Collaborate with offering leaders to engage alliance leadership (hyperscalers, ISVs, etc).
  • Oversee global delivery teams (LatAm, India, US) through a dotted-line model.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, outcomes, quality, risk, and communication.
  • Build strong executive relationships with a magnetic, social, and outcome-driven presence.
