JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Executive team to develop and execute business plans that meet company goals. Determine company success within industry trends and develop strategies to improve. Assist in strategic goal setting. Implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity Manage and optimize the use of resources and assets to achieve organizational goals and objectives Monitor and analyze operational metrics in order to identify areas where software and process improvements can be made Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall company strategy Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Lead and manage teams of employees to achieve operational excellence Align team with company mission and values Provides regular performance feedback, develops subordinates’ skills, and encourages growth Delegates work assignments, gives authority to work independently, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities
