Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
  • Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in small animal general practice and surgery.
  • Interest in treating exotic animals is a plus.
  • Ability to practice medicine with a team that supports decisions and trusts expertise.
  • Willingness to participate in structured onboarding, leadership development, and mentorship programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with exotics medicine.
  • Special interests in cardiology, ophthalmology, or advanced case management.

Responsibilities

  • Practice a wide range of medicine, including wellness, urgent care, complex surgeries, dentistry, oncology, and orthopedic procedures.
  • Treat small animals, with opportunities to work with exotics such as rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, turtles, hedgehogs, and chinchillas.
  • Collaborate with a multi-doctor team with special interests in surgery, cardiology, ophthalmology, and advanced case management.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics, in-house laboratory capabilities, and tools like ScribbleVet.
  • Participate in a veterinarian-led network that emphasizes freedom, support, and growth.
