About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. This provides predictability for your life outside of work. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. We offer flexibility in how you are rewarded, with extra shifts that can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Internship training
