About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an entry-level Construction Laborer to help homeowners restore their homes after water, fire, or mold damage. The role supports customers during difficult situations and offers the opportunity to learn valuable skills while working as part of a team. The position involves restoration and cleanup work, customer service, equipment and vehicle upkeep, and occasional warehouse or facility tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 75 or more pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in potentially extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8–12 or more hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup services, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition, under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with setting up equipment and temporary structures and preparing materials for removal.
• Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed.
• Support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
• Communicate empathetically and with a sense of urgency using modern technology.
• Work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
