About The Position
Animal Care Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Urgent Care Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team in Rock Island, Illinois. This role offers an opportunity to expand urgent care skills with mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative environment. Veterinarians will work alongside an experienced Medical Director and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. The position emphasizes core competencies in urgent care veterinary medicine, small animal medicine, emergency triage, internal medicine, general surgery, veterinary dentistry, diagnostic interpretation, client communication, clinical decision-making, team collaboration, compassionate patient care, and professional growth.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest in urgent care and small animal medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians encouraged to apply
