About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Baltimore, MD. We offer a unique employment model designed to provide stability, support, and control to veterinary careers. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control. Our dedicated scheduling coordinators build your schedule in advance, providing predictability for your life outside of work. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You'll practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. We offer clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provide dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians. Additionally, you'll have access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience
• Internship training
