About The Position
Hammocks Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to support our diverse client community and enhance client communication.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Comfortable performing routine surgery and dentistry
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional medical care for small animal patients through wellness, sick, and preventative care appointments.
- Perform routine surgical procedures and dentistry.
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans while educating clients on their pets' health.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to a positive hospital culture.
