About The Position

This role blends traditional general practice with urgent care, creating a varied caseload without requiring overnight emergency hospitalization. You'll join an experienced, collaborative veterinary team with an emphasis on quality medicine, professional growth, and a supportive working environment. This opportunity gives you the variety of urgent medicine without moving fully into traditional ER practice. You can continue building relationships with clients and managing routine cases while also handling same-day illnesses and injuries that require faster clinical decision-making.

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Texas veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• USDA accreditation or ability to obtain it
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
• Comfort working with a varied small animal caseload
