About The Position
Green Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its well-established small animal practice in Wilmette, Illinois. The hospital has served the community for more than 50 years and is a full-service general practice focused on high-quality medicine, comprehensive patient care, and personalized service. The role is open to full-time and part-time candidates. The practice offers a close-knit, collaborative team environment and an established, loyal clientele. The facility is in a recently updated storefront building and includes five exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, a separate X-ray room, a large treatment area with dedicated dental space, digital radiography, ultrasound, a therapy laser, a cryoprobe, Tonovet, and comprehensive anesthetic monitoring equipment. The schedule is approximately three to four weekdays with a Saturday rotation. There are no after-hours or on-call responsibilities. The practice is located in Wilmette on Chicago’s North Shore, near walkable neighborhoods, local shops, restaurants, community amenities, and Lake Michigan.
